UX strategy for integrating Digital Augmented Reality into flagship smartphones, a pivotal inaugural project.
Our challenge involved aligning user insights with business vision, user needs, and technical capabilities. This necessitated strategic focus and resource allocation for addressing key issues.
Our approach focused on exploring ideas with face and body tracking technologies, seamlessly integrating them into the AR Camera for an enhanced user experience.
We initiated prototyping, followed by rigorous user testing to validate and refine concepts. Our compelling findings paved the way for engineers to develop technology in sync with user expectations.

Engaging in cutting-edge technology, our team collaborated with the Samsung AR Vision intel team to implement Volumetric Capture for crafting 3D Digital Human Avatars. The innovative approach involved a low-cost rig comprising 80+ Samsung S9 smartphones.
Tasked with making this technology consumer-friendly, our team collaborated with Product Managers to develop a comprehensive UX strategy. Our contributions spanned across research, ideation, concept building, and the design of an intuitive app interface.

Within this initiative, our focus extended to envisioning the Future Retail store—a space enhanced with AI, AR (Smartphone & HMD), 5G, and Ultra Wide Band (Smart tag)—and analyzing customer interactions within this intelligent environment.
